Letter to FDA's Director
ICAN, through its attorneys, has once again written to Dr. Peter Marks, Director of the FDA’s Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research, to demand a response to the question of whether or not lipid nanoparticles used in both of the currently authorized COVID-19 vaccines are safe.
ICAN is aware that both Pfizer and Moderna
have used lipid nanoparticles (“LNPs”) in
their vaccines – LNPs are what the
manufacturers use to surround the RNA so that it does not fall apart when injected and before reaching its target cells. Some have compared these LNPs to a fatty envelope or a delivery vehicle to get the mRNA into the human body in one piece.
A concern arose when ICAN was alerted to a study published in 2018 titled Lipid Nanoparticles: A Novel Approach for Brain Targeting. The study states: “…lipid nanoparticles are taken up readily by the brain because of their lipophilic nature. The bioacceptable and biodegradable nature of lipid nanoparticles makes them…suited for brain targeting.” The article also states, “these nanostructures need to be investigated intensively to successfully reach the clinical trials stage.”
ICAN wants to fully understand whether the evidence that these LNPs are easily taken up and end up in the brain is a safety concern with these two particular vaccines. ICAN, through its attorneys, led by Aaron Siri, has therefore sent a letter to Dr. Peter Marks, the Director of the Food and Drug Administrations’ Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research. Stated differently, the body is primed to have an immune reaction to the LNPs with the first dose. As explained by Johns Hopkins, “Side effects were more frequent after the second dose in the vaccine trials.” Another article, titled Exogenous nanoparticles and endogenous crystalline molecules as danger signals for the NLRP3 inflammasomes, supports that the increasingly inflammatory side effects observed in those who received the vaccine in Pfizer’s and Moderna’s clinical trials are attributable to the LNPs and that these side effects get worse with repeated injection. We have seen this increased “reactogenicity” clearly in the data from both Pfizer’s and Moderna’s COVID-19 clinical trials.
ICAN continues to ask the hard questions of Dr. Marks and others: If LNPs from the vaccine, which contain mRNA, are entering brain tissue, and an immune reaction is occurring during the second dose to these LNPs, does this pose a safety concern for vaccine recipients? ICAN asked Dr. Marks to consider the question posed and provide support for the substance of any response he provides.
ICAN will closely review any response from Dr. Marks given his promise that he and the FDA “uphold globally respected standards for product quality, safety, and efficacy” and his statement that he would resign if “something that was unsafe or ineffective [ ] was being put through.” As always, ICAN offered to provide any additional information or to meet with Dr. Marks to discuss this issue.

Legal Victory in Massachusetts
Yesterday ICAN sent a legal update letting everyone know that as of January 15, 2021, the Massachusetts Department of Public Health has withdrawn the mandate for all students to receive an influenza vaccine and that it was an ICAN-funded lawsuit, and legal team led by Aaron Siri, that brought about this amazing development.
We provide this update to share an affidavit from the Massachusetts Department of Health just filed in that lawsuit confirming that the flu shot mandate has been formally withdrawn.
If you live in Massachusetts and your preschool, school or university continues to claim that there is a flu shot requirement, be sure to show them this affidavit!

Miami Doctor Dies After Covid Vaccine
A 56 year old Miami Doctor died after 2 weeks of
taking a covid vaccine.
He was vaccinated on December 18th and 3 days later had brusing on his hands on feet and was hospitalized. He was diagnosed with thrombocytopenia (a blood disorder that prevents blood from clotting, caused by an immune reaction) and 2 weeks later died.
Pfizer said that the doctor died of a "Highly unusual clinical case of severe thrombocytopenia, a condition that decreases the body's ability to clot blood and stop internal bleeding."
"We are actively investigating this case, but we don't believe at this time that there is any direct connection to this vaccine", a company spokesman said in an email.
Oh they dont "believe" it was related to the vaccine?

New Court Documents Filed
New court documents filed in December 2020
prove that unvaccinated Americans enjoy exponentially better health than vaccinated Americans. Specifically, 1,248% better health for unvaccinated adults, and 1,099% better health for unvaccinated children.
On February 22, 2021, constitutional litigators Greg Glaser and Ray Flores are requesting the Federal Court issue an order immediately protecting all Americans from discrimination based on vaccination status.
These litigators maintain that control groups are necessary to the scientific method, and the Court’s job is to preserve this particular vital evidence necessary to rescue our Nation from the current trajectory of chronic illness.

This is not a small case. The litigators have utilized the tool of judicial notice to compile thousands of pages of top scientific evidence supporting the known fact that vaccines are dangerous. They accomplished this feat through a tool called Request for Judicial Notice, which requires the Court to accept certain statements made by government officials and other authoritative sources.
Some evidence highlights from the case:
National data of vaccinated children show approximately 54% of children have a chronic health condition. But in The Control Group of unvaccinated children, the number is only 6%. That means vaccination causes an 800% increased risk of chronic illness in children. And this has now been proven with a 99% confidence interval. Moreover, this pattern is repeated over and over and over in The Control Group data with 99% confidence: diabetes (0% in the unvaccinated Control Group v. 10% in the vaccinated), digestive disorders (0.4% in the unvaccinated v. 18% in the vaccinated), ADHD (0.47% in the unvaccinated v. 9.4% in the vaccinated).
The Control Group provides numerical proof that vaccines are causing chronic illness. For example, the p-value (probability or odds) that the excess health conditions seen in the vaccinated population under the age of 18 are not due to vaccine exposure is 1 in 84,721,527,559,728,800,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000, 000,000,000,000,000.
The calculated Pearson correlation coefficient shows a “very high correlation” between the increase in the CDC vaccine schedule and the increase in these chronic illnesses. This is another numerical proof showing vaccines are causing chronic illness
America is suffering an epidemic of chronic illness caused by vaccination. The Nation will collapse on the current trajectory of vaccination.
Vaccination is unavoidably unsafe. It is a form of experimental biological alteration of the human immune system.
Improved living conditions (not vaccination) is responsible for historical improvement of public health.
